Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, the Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), has extended his congratulations to Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on being honored with the title of Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate.
The title was bestowed by the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, who announced the Governor’s new chieftaincy on Thursday.
Prof. Sulaiman, in his message, described the honor as a well-deserved recognition of Governor AbdulRazaq’s exceptional leadership and dedication to the development of Kwara State. He praised the Governor’s relentless efforts in serving the state and its people, noting that the conferment reflects the high regard in which he is held within the Ilorin Emirate.
